🚫 Plagiarism Detection
The Editorial Board uses plagiarism detection software such as iThenticate to eliminate plagiarism cases. Manuscripts exceeding the plagiarism threshold are rejected outrightly.
⚖️ Conflict of Interest
Authors must disclose all interests that may influence their manuscript. Reviewers and editors must decline handling manuscripts with conflicts of interest.
📋 Duplicate Submissions
Manuscripts submitted simultaneously to multiple journals will be rejected, and authors may be blacklisted from the journal.

📄 Manuscript Format
Manuscripts should be prepared using:
- Software: MS Word or LaTeX
- Paper Size: A4
- Font: Times New Roman, size 12
- Spacing: Double-spaced
- Margins: At least 2 cm on all sides
- Pages: Numbered throughout
- Language: English only
📑 Manuscript Components
Every manuscript must include the following sections in this order:
Required Sections
- Cover Letter - Confirming originality, no prior publication, and author approval
- Title Page - Title, authors, affiliations, abstract, keywords, and subject classification
- Introduction - Background and research motivation
- Materials/Theory and Methods - Detailed methodology
- Results and Discussion - Findings and analysis
- Conclusion - Key findings and implications
- Acknowledgement - Recognition of contributors and funding
- References - All cited sources in APA format
Title Page Requirements
Title
Short, clear, concise, and typed in bold. Should accurately reflect the manuscript content.
Authors
First name, middle name, and surname of all contributing authors.
Affiliations
Listed with numbered superscripts if different. Include department, institution, city, and country.
Email Addresses
Email addresses of all authors must be provided for correspondence.
Abstract
Informative abstract covering aims, methods, results, and conclusions. Maximum 300 words. Should be suitable for independent publication.
Keywords
A maximum of five (5) keywords, separated by commas, to aid indexing and retrieval.
Subject Classification
A relevant subject classification number must follow the abstract.
Materials, Theory and Methods
This section should concisely describe the methods and procedures used, providing sufficient detail to allow replication by other researchers. Common methods may be referenced instead of described in detail. Any modification to known methods must be clearly stated.
📊 Tables
Tables should be inserted at appropriate positions, numbered according to section, and provided with short explanatory titles. Tables must be editable.
🖼️ Figures
Figures must be relevant, clearly captioned, and numbered according to sections. Acceptable formats: JPEG, GIF, Corel Draw, PowerPoint, Excel.
∑ Equations
Equations should be created using equation editors or LaTeX, must be editable, and numbered according to section.
Results and Discussion
This section should present observations clearly and provide concise interpretations. Discussions should reference relevant existing literature to demonstrate the novelty and contribution of the manuscript. Results and discussion may be combined or presented separately.
Acknowledgement
Acknowledge contributors who do not meet authorship criteria, including individuals who provided technical assistance or organizations that offered financial or material support. Obtain written consent from acknowledged individuals.
Reference Citation Style
Citation Format: Author surname followed by year (e.g., Smith (2012))
Multiple Authors: Use "et al." after the first author (e.g., Smith et al. (2012))
Reference List Format: All references must follow APA Style
