Applied Science Innovations (ASI) is a peer-reviewed academic journal dedicated to advancing scientific research and practical innovations that contribute to national and global development.

The mission of ASI is to empower the scientific and technological community with a premier platform for pioneering research and breakthroughs in physical and applied sciences.

ASI is owned by the College of Physical and Applied Sciences and regulated by Michael Okpara University of Agriculture, Umudike.

The journal is published twice annually in June and December.

ASI publishes original, high-quality research articles, reviews, and short communications in physical and applied sciences including Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, Biostatistics, Computational Biology, Genomics, and more. Target audience includes scholars, researchers, industrialists, and technologists.

ASI is led by Prof. I.E. Otuokere (Editor-in-Chief), Prof. J.C. Nnaji (Editor), Dr. Chisimkwo John (Managing Editor), Dr. P.I. Aigba (Assistant Managing Editor), and others. Associate editors cover Chemistry, Physics, Statistics, and Mathematics. Advisory board includes experts from multiple Nigerian universities and KIU, Uganda.
